All profits from this challenge will go to the Salvation Army Bushfire Appeal. Like the rest of our beautiful nation, we are devastated by the tragedy. Rather than cancel or delay our challenge which may seem trivial at a time like this, we decided to turn it into something meaningful and an opportunity to contribute. We have already donated $5000 and want to give more.

You’ll meet Jordanna every Friday during the Challenge, to get the low-down on the lunar cycle and how each moon phase impacts our energies and emotions.
Clinical nutritionist and gut health specialist with a BA of Health Science majoring in Nutritional Medicine, Katherine is a female health advocate who takes a no BS approach to wellness.
Each Tuesday during the Challenge, Katherine will be breaking down gut health and giving us practical tips on what we can do to eat, sleep and function at our best.
Barre Body senior teacher, dancer and fitness expert with a Bachelor of Dance, Gemma Dawkins is as beautiful to listen to as she is to watch.
Gemma will be popping into your inbox every Tuesday with insights into movement and exercise and how to get the most out of your workout. She’s got the goods and will help you supercharge your moves.
