What is Elements?

Our newest and most well-rounded class, Elements is a complete mind and body fitness experience and pioneers a new workout style for Australia.

Why Elements?

This class delivers the elements that women want and need in their everyday lives (but rarely have the time for) – all in one hour-long class.

Rather than carving out a separate meditation practice, a cardio session and a strength regime, clients can now achieve it all in one class at Barre Body.

We tasked our core team to come up with a style that would set the fitness world on storm, and they’ve delivered that, plus so much more.

In Elements (our first choreographed class), you’ll cover the essentials for a full body workout in an hour.

SWEAT with flowing cardio

SCULPT with sliders designed for strengthening and toning

STILL with stretching, mindful movement and meditation.

You will leave feeling stronger, lighter and clearer.


With a new Elements class released every 8 weeks, you’ll have a chance to perfect the sequence before moving on to the next. Watch your progress and stay on your toes? It’s what we do.
