Our inspiration – ballet

If it wasn’t already clear in the ‘barre’ in our name, we do love ballet at Barre Body. Much more than the tutus and pointe shoes, we love the ballet discipline because of its results.

In all Barre Body classes, we use the barre (which forms the basis of our studios) for deep toning exercises that will sculpt your body and build muscle without bulk.

We love ballet at Barre Body, and while we don’t wear tutus in class, we love nothing more than seeing a lovely pointed toe.
