Introducing Barre Fit!

We could not be more excited to announce our brand new Barre Body class – Barre Fit!

Barre Fit is a cardio based class, using big, dynamic movements and constant movement, combined with that famous burn from our beloved body sculpting barre exercises. Using resistance bands at the barre, you’ll work your muscles like never before, while moving quickly to maintain a fast heart rate. The result? Incredible toning and fabulous cardiovascular fitness. And expect to sweat and feel fantastic after class!

While Barre Fit is a cardio-type class, it is a low impact cardio that feels great on your body. It not HIIT based, so it is not high intensity as our Barre Cardio classes. We keep a constant elevated heart rate without the jumping or high intensity – which means that it is really nice for your joints.
There are cardio elements in this class that differentiate it from other Barre Body formats. These elements include:
  • Moving constantly in a larger range of motion
  • Using resistance bands for building strength and improving form
  • Dynamic, whole body exercises.

We also think it’s our most fun class yet. When we held a pre-launch of the class (alongside THE UPSIDE and Clinique) to the media late last month, the class was full of smiles, laughs and a whole lot of barre burn.

We will be launching Barre Fit in all our studios across Australia on Saturday 25th June – at 9:30am in each of our studios. Keep your eyes peeled on our timetable to book in! If you’re in the Sydney CBD, you’ll be treated to a class by our founder, Emma Seibold, and across our studios, we’ll be pampered with some gorgeous products from our friends at Trilogy!

Following the launch, you will begin to see Barre Fit on our timetables interspersed throughout the week. (Don’t worry, all your favourite class styles – Barre Body, Barre Tone, Barre Moves and Barre Cardio – will still remain on the schedule.)
