Your Barre Body classes – decoded!

If you’ve ever pondered the difference between our variety of Barre Body classes as you click to book in, ponder no longer! We’ve created this little guide to help you in understanding the difference between our class styles.

The beauty of our range of classes is that when combined together, all your fitness requirements are covered (and there’s such variety that you’ll never get bored). We have designed our classes specifically to craft a beautifully strong, toned, fit body that’s the very best version of you. All classes are also designed to be appropriate for all fitness levels. So whether you’re a beginner or a professional athlete, your teacher will be able to offer you suitable modifications, variations and challenges.

Without further ado, here’s our guide to all the Barre Body classes:

Barre Body
Our signature class at the barre, Barre Body will reshape and sculpt your body. Fusing yoga and barre conditioning exercises, Barre Body comprises interval training and isometric exercises incorporating hand weights, mat work and the barre to tone and shape your body.

Barre Moves
More balletic in style, Barre Moves combines flowing yoga and contemporary and classical ballet exercises to burn fat and tone your body at the barre and on the mat. No dance experience (and no tutus!) required.

Barre Tone
In the US style of barre classes, this strong  and dynamic core-focused class integrates Pilates principles and exercises with barre work and hand weights to tone and shape your body.

Barre Cardio
A strong and energising total body cardio class that combines high-energy cardio intervals (HIIT) with barre and Pilates conditioning.

Dynamic Flow
A strong and dynamic vinyasa flow yoga class. Vinyasa is a flowing style of yoga with a sequence of postures synchronised by the breath. This class will challenge your body, quieten your mind and uplift your spirit.

Detox Flow
A strong, flowing practice focusing on twists and forward bends for detoxification. Boosts circulation and helps to stimulate lymphatic drainage and fluid/weight loss.

Pilates Mat
A class comprising of strong Pilates mat exercises to condition your body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture and creates long, lean muscles.

  • Casey loves Barre Moves, with lots of movement, fun beats and an expression that appeals to her inner dancer!
  • Sarah loves them all, but especially likes Barre Tone for the burn, and Barre Body for the fusion of all the goodness.
