Make your own tumeric latte at home!

We have spoken before about the benefits of tumeric, and it’s no secret that we’re a little bit in love with this super spice. Not only is it packed full of health benefits, it can also be transformed into some pretty delicious drinks.

Our latest favourite? A DIY tumeric latte. Here’s a recipe to make it at home. Let us know what you think in the comments section below!

Ingredients

  • 400ml water
  • 2 Tbsp hemp seeds (or cashews, almonds or macadamias
  • 1-2 medjool dates or 3 drops of stevia
  • 30ml fresh turmeric juice or a small tsp of ground turmeric power
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • seeds from a small vanilla bean
  • A good pinch of black pepper
  • A pinch of salt

Blend together all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Warm up on the stovetop and enjoy!
