What will you always find in the Barre Body team’s fridges?
The Barre Body teachers are a healthy bunch! We quizzed them to find out what we can always find in their fridges and pantries. By the looks of things, it seems we have a bit of an obsession with avocado, eggs, lemon and almond milk. Do they make up your staples? Tell us in the comments below – what could we always find in yours?
Alex says, “Organic crunchy peanut butter, cinnamon, 90% dark chocolate, spinach and almond milk.”
