Sydney's best naturopaths

The world of wellness can be a little overwhelming. Between kinesiologists, naturopaths, nutritionists, acupuncturists … It can be an exercise in wellness simply figuring out the best place to start.

To make things simple, we created a guide to natural health practitioners, and promised to bring you a list of some of the best in the business.
We put the call out to our network to give us their recommendations, and they certainly delivered the goods. Without further ado, here’s the Barre Body guide to some of Sydney’s best naturopaths, as told by our wonderful friends.

As a reminder, naturopaths will explore your particular health concerns, working closely with a range of medical specialists to provide you with thorough holistic care. They will generally use a range of tests involving hair, blood and urine analysis, to help the practitioner diagnose you particular areas of concern. They will then provide individualised treatment protocols for you, which may involve diet or lifestyle changes, herbal medicine, supplements and/or detoxification. Natropaths can specialise in a range of areas, from fertility, reproductive health, children’s health, allergies, digestive health, mood disorders and auto immune disease.
