Saturday

  • 7am sunrise yoga/flow class
  • 9am breakfast
  • 10-1pm relax and rejuvenate
  • 1pm lunch
  • 3-5pm relax, visit Byron, do whatever pleases you
  • 5pm sunset barre session
  • 6pm onwards enjoy the resort or visit Byron for dinner as you please

Sunday

  • 7am sunrise yoga/flow class
  • 9am breakfast
  • 10-1pm check out and relax by the pool
  • 1pm lunch and depart
