If you’d like to suspend, change or cancel your membership, please complete the appropriate form below.

Suspend membership

While we love to see our beautiful members as often as possible, we understand that life happens and sometimes you can’t get to the studio. If you have a holiday (lucky you!) or other commitments coming up, you can suspend your membership here.

You are welcome to pause your membership payments for a minimum of 7 days and for up to a maximum of 3 months. You may do this once every 3 months with no fees, and additional suspensions will be charged at a rate of $5 per week. Please note that we require 7 days notice for all suspensions.

Please note that your suspension start date must be seven days from today's date.
Please note that suspensions must be in one week blocks.

If this is your first suspension this quarter, it will be complimentary. If you have already suspended your account this quarter, you will be charged $5 per week that your membership is on hold.

You will receive an email confirming your suspension and any fees within 7 days. If you don’t hear from us, please email us to confirm that we have received your request. Enjoy your time away and we can’t wait to have you back!

If you’d like to switch to a different membership or contract term, please complete the form below. Make sure you receive a copy of your form via email when you submit it as that is how you know that it worked properly.
