Do I have to create a profile just for one visit?

Yes. You are required to create a Barre Body profile which includes our liability waiver. This only takes a minute and also ensures that you can reserve a place in the class. To do this simply visit our Bookings page, and select a class to book in to. From there, you’ll be taken to MindBodyOnline, where you can follow the prompts to register as a new client.

What is the best class to start with?

We recommend new clients to start with a Barre class, as in Barre, you’ll also get a taste of Pilates and Yoga. It doesn’t matter if you haven’t had any previous ballet, yoga or pilates experience as your teacher will offer options for all levels. All of our classes are lots of fun and we’re sure you’ll enjoy yourself and get a great workout!

Do I need to bring anything?

No. You won’t need to worry about bringing a yoga mat or equipment as we will supply it all for you.

What should I wear?

The class will be done with bare feet and we recommend wearing comfortable yoga gear.

I’m a beginner. Is that okay?

Yes, absolutely! You don’t need any previous barre, pilates or yoga experience to come to our classes. Your teacher will provide options to suit all levels.

Can men join in on Barre Body classes?

Yes! We love guys in our classes! They find it very challenging and we’ve had lots of feedback that it’s a very complementary workout to other sports training.

How long are your classes?

Classes are 60 minutes, except lunch classes which are 50 minutes and express classes which are 40 minutes.
