You’ll hear from our instructors daily, as they open up about how they’ve made their movement practice a joy instead of a chore. Crack the code on consistency and wave goodbye to guilt, dread, and procrastination.

Join us for 6 x 30 minute classes per week, all online via Barre Body Online.

You’ll receive daily support via our social media channels, and as a member of our Facebook group, and a daily email to keep you on track and inspired.

You’ll also hear a game changing tip from our team each day, as we dive deep into the changes we’ve personally made to get real about wellness. And no, we promise it doesn’t involve a three hour meditation, or crystal-infused green smoothies.
