Two weeks, ten classes. Featuring Power Pilates, Power Barre, Power Cardio, Power Sculpt, and Power Flow. It’s the fastest and funnest way to become the strongest version of yourself.

Just bring yourself, a Pilates mat if you have one, a sturdy support such as a chair, and some light hand weights (1kg / 2kg). Pro tip: wine bottles will work a treat – and give you extra incentive to celebrate once the challenge is done and dusted.
