Join us for three weeks of 30-minute workouts — strength, Pilates, barre, HIIT, plus yoga and stretch sessions. But that’s only half of it. You’ll also unlock three goal-setting sessions with Barre Body founder, Emma Seibold. So you can create healthy new routines, feel better than you’ve felt in years, and best of all, maintain it.

MONDAY JANUARY 13 – SUNDAY FEBRUARY 2

There’ll be Strength. There’ll be Pilates. There’ll be HIIT. And of course, there’ll be Barre. But it’s not all hard yakka. You’ll also take it slow with weekly yoga and stretch sessions.

It’s three weeks, starting on January 13 and ending on February 2. The perfect amount of time to start and solidify your workout routine.

Anyone can join, but it’s certainly handy if you have these bits and bobs lying around: a Pilates ball, a looped band, a theraband, ankle weights, 1-2kg dumbbells, and optional 3-5kg dumbbells if you want even more challenge with your challenge.
