Who is this program right for?
Pregnant women. If you are growing a baby (or a few – go you!), this is the program for you.
When can I start working out?
We have workouts ready from week five of your pregnancy. Each and every workout has been designed by our expert practitioners to ensure it is safe and appropriate for that stage of your pregnancy.
I have nausea/sciatica/diabetes/any-other-pregnancy-joy. Can I participate?
Absolutely! This program has been designed with the pregnant woman front of mind, and all that comes with these 40 weeks. We’ll guide you step by step through each week of pregnancy, and most importantly, we’ll encourage you to listen to your body, move in a way that feels right for you, and to honour where you’re at. Handy lesson for parenthood too? We think so.
I’m further along in my pregnancy. Is this still relevant for me?
Yes it is! When you sign up, you’ll tell us how far along you are and we tailor your content accordingly. If you’re past the 32 week mark, reach out and we’ll set you up with some special pricing.
Do I need my doctor’s clearance before participating?
As with any workout or movement practice in pregnancy, you should speak to your doctor before starting.
Do I need to be fit?
No way! You’re going to arrive as you are – the perfect mama-to-be.
I’m already pretty fit. Do I need this?
We know all too well that throughout pregnancy, being aware and mindful of your body’s needs is imperative. Not just for staying healthy during your pregnancy, but for setting yourself up for a beautiful recovery. While you can definitely keep doing what you’re doing, this program has been created to take the guesswork out of what you can and can’t do during pregnancy.
