You can manage your subscription through your account settings. Simply click the menu icon in the top right corner, then click dashboard –> billing –> active plan –> change plan –> scroll down and click cancel.

Oh no. Let’s get to the bottom of it. Consider the following:

– You may have insufficient funds in your bank account.
– You may have entered the wrong card number by mistake.
– Your card may have expired.
– Your bank may have declined the transaction. This can sometimes happen with international transactions. Please check with your bank.

Yes! We have a number of videos that are suitable for both pre and postnatal clients. Find these through the ‘Category’ filter on the online portal. We also have a prenatal and postnatal program in the ‘Program’ section, complete with 35 weeks of gentle yet effective workouts.

Many of us have our own kids, and turn to Barre during each trimester and between toddler tantrums. Keep an eye out for modifications and be kind to your body – remember to stop or take pauses when you need to. And always consult your doctor or physician before getting started.

If you wish to change your subscription, you can do this through your account settings. Click the menu icon in the top right corner, then click dashboard, billing, scroll down to active plan, change plan. You will see your active plan, click cancel and then choose the plan you wish to activate. You can also click here to get there.

Yes, you can now access Barre Body via our App! What a time to be alive. Download it on the App store or Google play – it’s suitable for both Apple and Android devices. Simply search for ‘Barre Body Online’ and keep an eye out for our fabulous logo.

Not ideal. There could be a number of reasons your videos are failing to play.

– Check your Internet connection and ensure you have a stable connection.
– Refresh or close the website/app then try again.
– Try updating your browser to the latest version.
– Use Chrome over Safari where possible.
– Check that your cookies aren’t set to ‘blocked’ and clear your cache.

Yes! We’re so glad you’re here. We have an extensive range of workouts that are suitable for complete beginners. You can use the ‘Level’ filter to access beginner workouts, then slowly progress through the levels as you grow. Otherwise, you can stay at the beginner level, that’s perfectly fine too! You can also filter by ‘Duration’ and choose shorter 10 or 20-minute classes to get you started.

Absolutely. Whether you’ve been able to do the splits since you were five or can barely touch your toes, our workouts are for every body – and varying levels of fitness and ability. You’ll notice your flexibility will naturally start to increase after a few classes. That’s the magic of Barre Body.

Our workouts are organised into two categories: with and without equipment. You can use the ‘equipment’ filter to select which you prefer. We use chairs, balls, blocks, 1kg and 2kg weights, bands, sliders and sometimes bolsters.

All gear can be purchased from our online shop. (Although unopened wine bottles make great weights, too. Our just never seem to stay unopened for long enough).

Our programs are a great way to get started, focus on a targeted goal, and get into a routine.

Each program is designed differently depending on what you are looking for, but all go for two weeks. Want to get stretchy or sweaty? Building a strong core? Boosting your perky peach? Looking to have fun on your back?

Each program has a playlist of the classes you should do each day, making it easy for you to follow along. It also records your progress as you go so you can stay on track.

Great idea. It’s like we’re right there in your living room. You can connect your app to your smart TV using AirPlay or if you’re using a browser, you can cast to your TV with Chromecast.

Some of our workouts have background music, but others come with a suggested playlist. With plenty of Cher. Check them out on Spotify here. They’re not only great for your workouts, but make great background music for spreadsheets, deadlines, and driving your kids to playdates.

We’ve all been there. Luckily, that’s easy to fix. Click the ‘forgot password’ option under your email on the sign in page and we will email you a link to reset it. Be sure to check your junk folder too.

All subscriptions are paid in advance of the upcoming month. If you decide to cancel your subscription before the end of your month, you will lose access and not be eligible for a refund. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
