In-Person Course Requirements:
- 47 in person hours (6 days across 2 weekends)
Post In-Person Course Requirements:- 10 observation hours
- 30 participation hours
- 30 practice teaching hours
- 33 hours post course revision
- Assessment tasks
Submit your assessment video up to 6 months after in-studio completion. We support your success every step of the way.

Yes. The training is designed to support both aspiring teachers and those already in the fitness or Pilates world.
This in-person training gives you real-time instruction, live feedback, and the chance to learn hands-on in a studio setting.
To become certified after your in-person training, you’ll need to complete all of the following:
- Attendance & Course Completion
- 100% attendance at all in-person training days
- Completion of all online content (main course + anatomy course)
- Logbook Hours
- 10 hours of class observation
- 30 hours of class participation
- 30 hours of practice teaching
- Written Work
- A 1,000-word essay
- A written class plan for a 1:1 session
- A group class written plan (this will match the class you teach in your video assessment)
- Video Assessment
- Record and submit a 45–60 minute class, based on your group class plan
- Administration
- All course fees paid in full
