Reformer Yin Certification

Transform your teaching. (Plus your body and mind.)

Welcome to the world of Reformer Yin

Where the balance of Reformer meets the stillness of Yin — it’s a fusion like no other.

In this certification, you will learn to teach slow and meditative classes that promote flexibility, balance and physical and mental surrender. Through guided breathwork, myofascial release, active and passive stretching and gentle movement, you’ll support your clients to release tension, find stillness and melt into themselves. This is a truly magical offering inspired by yin yoga, mindfulness and science.

Like all our trainings, you’ll also learn modifications and adjustments so you can offer this practice to all levels — from advanced yogis to reformer newbies.

Testimonials

Thank you so much. I’m so grateful for Barre Body. What a company-supporting and caring throughout and not just whilst training. They never leave you. Sophie & Liana are simply amazing at their job and Emma’s goal setting course and podcast got me through some limiting belief moments. I honestly don’t think I would have established half of what I’ve achieved.

I completed the barre pilates course and I have learnt so much over the duration of my course,it has given me the confidence to become the best Barre instructor I can and has given me all the tools & resources to do so. The Teachers are amazing and there is always ongoing support. My favourite part about barre body is the way they make you feel welcomed and a part of a non-judgmental community. 10/10 recommend.
