Email is the fastest way to get into contact with our team. You can either contact your studio directly (see emails to the right) or our team generally at email@example.com. (If you get in touch with us on Saturday or Sunday, we will most likely respond on Monday as our lovely studio managers try to take a little break on the weekend.)

If you would like to cancel your membership, please click here to see our full terms and conditions. After your minimum term, simply contact us via email with at least 7 days notice from your next scheduled direct debit payment. All requests for cancellations must be made in writing, and unfortunately we cannot honour in-studio cancellations. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation when it has been completed. Please note, if you do not receive this email within 48 hours, your cancellation request has not been received.
