Ask a question
Do I have to create a profile just for one visit?
Yep, but don’t worry, it’ll only take a minute. We require all students to create a Barre Body profile. Having a profile means you can reserve a place in class, plus it includes our liability waiver. How to make a profile? Simply visit our Bookings page, and select a class. From there, you’ll be taken to MindBodyOnline, where you can follow the prompts to register as a new client. Exciting!
What is the best class to start with?
There’s nothing quite like your first class. We recommend starting out with a Barre class, as Barre also gives you a taste of Pilates and Yoga. Don’t have any previous ballet, yoga, or pilates experience? No worries. Your teacher will offer options for all levels. Plus, there’s absolutely zero signs of tutus.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just your gorgeous self – and your water bottle. We supply the yoga mats, equipment, and good vibes.
What should I wear?
We want you to be comfy. Wear your favourite yoga gear or activewear. Most classes are done barefoot, but bring shoes if you’re taking part in a Dance Cardio class. Even Beyonce needs arch support.
I’m a beginner. Is that okay?
We love beginners. You don’t need any previous barre, pilates or yoga experience to feel good in our classes. Come as you are, and we’ll meet you on your level with options and substitutions that suit you.
Can men join in on Barre Body classes?
Yes! Barre Body is for every body! We love having men in our classes. We’ve also had plenty of feedback that it’s a challenging and rewarding workout, and that it’s complementary to other sports training.
How long are your classes?
Our classes are 60 minutes, except lunch classes which are 50 minutes and express classes which are 40 minutes.
Suspend membership
While we love to see our beautiful members as often as possible, we understand that life happens and sometimes you can’t get to the studio. If you have a holiday (lucky you!) or other commitments coming up, you can suspend your membership here.
You are welcome to pause your membership payments for a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 3 months. You may do this once every 3 months with no fees, and additional suspensions will be charged at a rate of $5 per week. Please note that we require 7 days notice for all suspensions.
If this is your first suspension this quarter, it will be complimentary. If you have already suspended your account this quarter, you will be charged $5 per week that your membership is on hold.
You will receive an email confirming your suspension and any fees within 7 days. If you don’t hear from us within 7 days, please email us at clientlove@barrebody.com.au. Enjoy your time away and we can’t wait to have you back!

What if I’m absent or late cancel my class?
Unlimited Members:
If you’re absent or cancel within two hours of the class start time, you’ll incur a $10 late cancel fee, as it often means another client is unable to attend.
2 Class/Week, 10 Class pass holders and Casual Class Clients:
If you’re absent or cancel within two hours of the class start time you’ll be charged for the class.
Additionally, members and Intro Pass holders will have their booking privileges suspended if they miss/late cancel two classes within a two week period.
Pre-bookings can be made 7 days in advance.
Can I pay for my class at the studio or should I pay online?
You can do either. It’s better for you if you book online, as it guarantees your place in the class, but feel free pay at the studio if that’s easier.
Do I need to book?
We recommend booking classes online as some of our busier classes can book out in advance. Looking at you, 7am Power Pilates. If the class is waitlist only, pop yourself on the waiting list as spaces often come up.
Do you have a mobile app?
We do! You can manage your class bookings easily (or kill time while you’re waiting for your pasta to boil) with our Barre Body app, available from the App Store. Find the link on our home page. Look for the Barre Body logo.
How do I book a class?
Great question. It’s a super simple process.
1. Go to the bookings page.
2. Select your preferred studio from the drop down box.
3. Choose your class.
4. Click “book class” button.
5. You will be transferred to mindbodyonline where you will need to create an account (username and password) if you are new to Barre Body. This will only take a few minutes.
6. Purchase your payment option.Ta-da. Your class is booked and you’ll receive a confirmation email.
What happens if I book a class and don’t turn up or cancel at late notice?
If you’re a “no show” or cancel within two hours of the class start time, you’ll be charged for the class as it often means another student is unable to attend.
Members and two week intro pass holders will have their booking privileges suspended if they miss/late cancel two classes in any two week period.
Our studious are spaces of love and respect. Please do your part by only booking classes that you will definitely attend (for your and our benefit).
How do I cancel a class?
Sometimes, life happens. To cancel a class, simply login to your Barre Body account, and under the MY INFO tab select My Schedule. This will give you a list of any classes you have pre-booked, as well as the option to Reschedule or Cancel. You may also cancel your class directly from the Barre Body app.
Remember to cancel in advance, if you cancel within two hours, you’ll be charged.
I can’t login to my account. How do I reset my password?
Eek! Don’t panic. Email clientlove@barrebody.com.au to request a login reset and we’ll sort you out.
I’ve signed up for a membership at one studio. Can I work out at a different studio?
You can! Each Barre Body pass or membership can be used at all of our Barre Body studios.
What are the pricing options?
Please view our Pricing page to see all our class and membership options.
Can I use my pass or membership at all studios?
Yes you can. We designed our passes and memberships so that they’re valid at any of our studios. Your log in details work for bookings at all studios.
Can I use my pass or membership at Barre Body’s sister studio, Bende?
Barre Body Unlimited Members have access to unlimited mat classes across both Barre Body and Bende studios. Barre Body Two Class Members may use their 2 classes per week towards either Barre Body or Bende mat classes.
What if I’m a Barre Body member and I want to attend a reformer class at Bende?
You may purchase a casual reformer class for $10 (in addition to your weekly membership) as a Barre Body Two Class or Unlimited Member.
Can I share my 10 class pass with a friend?
Unfortunately, no. We love to see your friends in our classes, however we don’t permit package sharing as our passes are great value and intended for individual use only.
Can my 10 class pass be extended?
All packages are non-extendable. Please note the expiry date of your pass once it is activated and be sure to book yourself into your favourite classes to avoid disappointment.
Is it possible to use a 10 class pass together with my Two Class Membership?
Unfortunately this is not possible as our system does not support holding two active packages concurrently.
Do you offer a free trial class?
We don’t offer complimentary classes, but we do have a new client offer. You get unlimited classes for one month for only $100. It’s great value for good times.
When does my intro pass start?
Your one month intro pass starts on the date of your first class. If you haven’t booked a class yet, your receipt may say that it expires one month from the purchase date, however, when you book your first class the booking system will automatically update your pass start date. Smart.
Can I do the intro offer again?
As our one month intro pass is only available for first time clients, if you have already redeemed this offer then it won’t be available to purchase again. That being said, we would love to see you again, and have a number of other passes and memberships available.
How does the waitlist work?
When a class is full, you get the option to join the class waitlist. We highly recommend that you join it – 95% of the time a space will open up and you’ll be notified via email and text message (depending on your profile preferences). If you need to need to subscribe to receive notifications you can do so under “My Info” on your Barre Body profile.
The system will not move you off the waitlist and into the class list inside of the 1 hour cancellation window if you do not have enough notice to early cancel. As a general rule if you are waitlisted for a morning class, it’s a good idea to cancel out of the waitlist the night before if you aren’t certain you can attend as you may be moved into the class overnight.
How do I opt-in to receive notifications in case I’m added to a class from the waitlist?
To update your notification preferences visit “My Info” on your Barre Body profile.
How do I purchase a gift voucher?
Well, aren’t you lovely. Your friend is lucky to have you. To purchase a gift voucher, please visit our Mindbody site at: https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/classic/home?studioid=24182 and select the Online Store tab. Here, you’ll see the Gift Card option and you can select from one of the suggested values or create a custom amount. The gift voucher will then be emailed to your loved one. If you would like to organise a physical card, you will need to do this in-studio.
I received a gift voucher, how can I use it?
Lucky you! Please email clientlove@barrebody.com.au with the gift card ID, plus the details of the product or service you wish to redeem. We’ll process the transaction and apply the credit to your payment. Any remaining credit will still be attached to the same gift card ID and can be used again before the gift card expires. If there isn’t enough credit to cover the cost of your purchase, then you’re welcome to make up the remaining balance by cash or credit card.
Do you offer private 1:1 sessions and how do I arrange this?
Absolutely! To arrange a private session with one of our gorgeous teachers, please email clientlove@barrebody.com.au with your availability and preferred studio location. Pricing varies depending on the teacher.
How do I organise a prenatal 1:1 session?
We highly recommend attending our Prenatal Barre 1:1 session to learn modifications in-depth, in a personal context. This can be arranged with one of our gorgeous teachers and will be an additional charge of $75 that goes straight to the teacher. If you would like us to organise this for you, then please email clientlove@barrebody.com.au with your availability and preferred studio location.
How do I join up to the Barre Body Online membership?
The Online Studio is a separate platform to our Barre Body Studio and therefore requires a separate login. Visit https://online.barrebody.com.au/ to sign up and create a new account and password, and then enter your billing details.
Can I bring my children?
One day we’ll have a state-of-the-art childcare centre. Unfortunately, right now, we can’t welcome children under 16 to our studios. However, if they are over 16, they’re welcome to join the class as a client.
I’m pregnant. Can I join class?
Yes! We love pregnant people at Barre Body – in fact, some of us are pregnant ourselves! Your teacher will give you appropriate modifications and plenty of love. Before coming to class you should watch the video right here, which explains and outlines our pregnancy modifications. We also highly recommend our Prenatal Barre 1:1 sessions to learn modifications in-depth in a personal context. You may attend classes in the first trimester, but be a little more gentle with your body and avoid twisting poses that compress the belly. When you enter the second and third trimesters, you’ll hopefully be feeling a little more comfortable in your changing body, and the modifications will become second nature. Barre Body classes are a fantastic way to prepare for labour (fitness + strong legs & butt are a big help during the contractions and active labour) and keep your body toned, making it much easier to regain your shape after bub is born.
We also have our online prenatal program if you’re wanting to move from the comfort of your home. The program comes with weekly workouts throughout 35 weeks of pregnancy, videos from our in-house midwife and nutritionist, plus meditations from our very own founder Emma. Find it on Barre Body Online, or email us at clientlove@barrebody.com.au for more information.
Can I use my class pass at all studios?
Yes! Our passes and memberships are valid at all studios.
Are there change room facilities?
We have change rooms at all studios as well as showers at our Fitzroy and Bondi Junction studios if you’d like to freshen up. But don’t stress – you won’t sweat too much so you’ll be able to get on with your day without a shower.
Is there parking?
For details on parking and public transport at each of our studios, please click here for full details for your specific studio.
What results will I expect from working out?
Regardless of individual desires, we find that most people are looking for a few common results from their workouts. That is – increased fitness, better flexibility, great toning and shaping, and the mental clarity that comes from a great workout.
If those are the results looking for, you have come to the right place. We’ve pulled our world-class team together and have poured years of training and development into creating the ultimate workout program, to make sure that you can achieve all of those results, right here at Barre Body.
How often should I be working out?
If there is one question we’re asked more than any other at Barre Body, it is, “How often do I need to be coming to class to see results?” Of course, the answer completely depends on you – your experience, your goals, your energy levels. Someone brand new to exercise will have different result expectations to an elite athlete. Similarly, a new mum will be looking for different results to a 21-year old student.
We also know that the Internet is abuzz with “fitspo,” where the fittest of the bunch are showing off their 6-packs while waxing lyrical about their 3-hour per day workouts. However, unless you’re training for an elite race or competition, you can experience optimum results by attending class 3 or 4 times per week, consistently.
Is rest important?
You bet it is. While the temptation may be to schedule in 6 sessions per week, your body will simply stop achieving results after a period of time unless you have days to rest. In fact, too much strenuous exercise can elevate your levels of the stress hormone cortisol, which can accelerate the rate that your cells (and your skin) age.
So schedule in those rest days, loves!
Should I do a combination of different classes?
100%, yes. Our class styles (Barre, Barre Cardio, Dance Cardio, Power Pilates, Flow, Strength) have been designed to give your body a mix of exactly what it needs to achieve results. So by incorporating a mix of classes throughout your week, you’ll begin seeing increased fitness, better flexibility, beautiful toning and mental clarity.
What’s more – if you’re incorporating a cardio-based class into your week (Barre Cardio and Dance Cardio in particular), there’s no need for you to do any other exercise, as your Barre Body classes have you covered. Each of our classes incorporate a mix of toning, strength building, endurance, flexibility and savasana, so you’re getting everything you need, physically and mentally.
Combined with the incidental exercise you’ll inevitably do each day (walking to the bus, running around after toddlers, building IKEA flatpacks), you can consider yourself covered.
What’s the science?
Australia’s Physical Activity and Sedentary Behaviour Guidelines recommend adults undertake 150 to 300 minutes (that’s 2.5 to 5 hours) of moderate intensity physical activity, or 75 to 150 minutes (1.25 or 2.5 hours) of vigorous intensity physical activity (or an equivalent mix of both moderate and vigorous activities) each week. They also recommend muscle strengthening activities (exactly what you experience at Barre Body) at least two days a week.
What does an ideal week of workouts look like?
The beauty of Barre Body (as well as those addictive results) is that you’ll never get bored with our mix of class styles, and our incredible teachers. Each week could look totally different, however a good starting point is 2 x Barre classes, 1 x Pilates class and 1 x Cardio class. From there, see what your body loves (and what your schedule allows for), and enjoy your workouts and the results!
We can’t wait to see you soon at one of our beautiful studios.
Can I use my membership at Barre Body’s sister studio Bende?
Barre Body Unlimited Members have access to unlimited mat classes across both Barre Body and Bende studios. Barre Body Two Class Members may use their 2 classes per week towards either Barre Body or Bende mat classes.
What if I’m a Barre Body member and I want to attend a reformer class at Bende?
You may purchase a casual reformer class for $10 (in addition to your weekly membership) as a Barre Body Two Class or Unlimited Member.
How do I book my class at Bende?
Your first class at Bende will need to be booked by Bende. Please email hello@bende.com.au with the email address that is linked to your Barre Body membership. Once your first class has been booked by Bende, you will receive confirmation by email, and will then be able to manage all future classes yourself via the Bende app.
How do I find the Bende app?
You can download the Bende app to your phone at mndbdy.ly/e/466451
I am a Bende member, can I use my membership at Barre Body studios?
Bende members on the Reformer + Mat membership have access to unlimited classes across both Bende and Barre Body studios.
How do I sign my membership contract?
Your membership agreement will be emailed to you automatically upon joining, with instructions on how to accept the terms of the contract. It is important to accept the agreement terms in order to continue to book your classes and receive your member benefits. If you need assistance with this please contact clientlove@barrebody.com.au
Why does my contract say 26 weeks (6 months) and not 6 weeks?
Please note that your agreement only has a 6 week minimum term and that our contracts are set up in the system over a 26 week auto-renewal purely for administrative purposes.
Will my membership stop after 6 weeks?
All memberships have a minimum 6 week term after which, they continue on a week-to-week basis (or month-to-month depending on billing). If you do not request to cancel your membership at 6 weeks, then it will continue until you advise in writing with 7 days notice your request to cancel.
I’m a Two Class Member. When can I use my 2 classes each week?
The start of your week falls in line with your auto payment schedule. Therefore if your payments are processed every Friday, you may attend 2 classes between each Friday and the following Thursday. On Friday your account will then refresh again with 2 classes.
If I miss a class one week can I use it the next week?
The Two Class Membership allows for 2 classes per week. Unused classes do not roll over, so to avoid disappointment, make sure to book yourself into your favourite classes for the week.
What happens if I attend more than 2 classes?
If you wish to attend more than twice a week we encourage you to upgrade to the (very popular) Unlimited Membership. Occasional classes in excess of your membership will be charged for separately. Please note that our system does not support holding two active packages concurrently (ie. you are not able to use a 10 class pass whilst on a membership).
How do I suspend my membership and is there a fee?
Our memberships are intended to be used as a way to commit to your barre practice (and get best value for money). But sometimes, life happens – kids, holidays, and commitments.
You are welcome to pause your membership at any time. It’s one of your member benefits, and allows you to pause your membership payments for a minimum of 7 days and for up to a maximum of 3 months. You may do this once every 3 months with no fees, and additional suspensions will be charged at a rate of $5 per week.
In order to arrange this, you need to submit your request via our online booking system at barrebody.com.au/change/. While your account is suspended, the system also suspends your booking privileges, however you will be able to book your classes again as soon as your suspension ends.
If you wish to extend your suspension please submit a new request online with 7 days written notice (not totalling more than 3 months).
What happens if I suspend any days that I have already paid for?
Any days that you have paid in advance during the suspended period will simply carry forward and push out the date of your next payment following your return. For example if your suspension commences 3 days following your auto payment, the 5 days you have paid for (days 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7) will carry on from the date your membership reactivates, hence pushing out the next payment by 5 days.
Can I attend a class if my membership is suspended?
Memberships are generally suspended when you are unable to attend class which is why the system suspends your booking privileges during this period. If however, you find yourself able to attend a class during the suspended period, please let us know, as your membership will not cover any visits during this period and will need to be processed separately.
How do I book a class if my membership is suspended?
As you are unable to book classes while your membership is suspended, you will need to contact clientlove@barrebody.com.au with details of the date/time/location of the class you wish to attend. We will then do our best to reserve your spot (pending availability for the class and notice given), and will process your visit as a casual class.
What if I want to return from my suspension early?
Music to our ears! We would love nothing more than to see you back at the barre. If you wish to return earlier than planned, we can unsuspend your membership in line with the same 7 day blocks as your suspension was processed. Please email us with as much notice as possible to arrange this. We will do our best to reactivate your membership as close as possible to the date requested, and where not possible, will happily assist you with booking any casual classes until your membership reactivates.
I didn’t suspend my membership, can you credit me for the weeks that I missed?
The ability to suspend your membership is one of your member benefits, and therefore the reason we are unable to credit your account for classes not used. To avoid disappointment please be sure to submit any suspension requests via our online booking system at barrebody.com.au/change/ with 7 days notice. All suspension requests will be confirmed in writing once processed.
How is the fee structure determined for suspension requests?
The fee structure is based on the following quarters: JAN-MAR, APR-JUN, JUL-SEP, OCT-NOV.
How do I cancel my membership?
We’re sad to see you go. Once you have fulfilled the minimum term of your contract, you are welcome to cancel your membership at any time by providing 7 days written notice to clientlove@barrebody.com.au. Please note this is the only method by which to cancel your membership. Let us know if there’s anything we can do differently to see you back at the barre.
How do I know my membership has been cancelled?
Once your membership has been cancelled you will receive a confirmation email from us with the date of effect, including the date of your last auto payment where applicable.
How do I upgrade my membership?
To avoid duplicate charges, ALL changes to memberships must be requested in writing to clientlove@barrebody.com.au. Please note this is the only method by which to change your membership. Any new memberships purchased online or via our app DO NOT cancel a currently held membership.
Do I have to meet the minimum term again?
All memberships carry a minimum term which you are required to fulfil irrespective of whether you are changing memberships or joining for the first time.
Please note the only exception applies to membership upgrades which are permitted inside the minimum term.
How do I update the billing details for my auto payments?
You can do this through our website. Follow these instructions:
1. Go to http://clients.mindbodyonline.com/ws.asp?studioid=24182
2. Log in. (Your user name: your email address)
3. Follow the instructions on the screen.
Via the Barre Body app:
1. From the menu select “My Account”
2. Click on the image of the credit card (top right) to update your details
3. Select Update Card to save
Please note that 3rd party apps such as Mindbody do not share your billing details with us, and therefore you are required to update the Barre Body app.
How can I change my payment method to a bank account instead of a credit card?
If you wish to change your payment method from credit card to direct debit from a bank account, then please email your request to clientlove@barrebody.com.au together with the following information:
– Account name
– Account Number
– BSB Number
– Type of Account (checking or savings)
Can I change my weekly payment day to a different day?
Yes, we are able to change the day that your payments are processed. Please bare in mind that there may be a few days between payments where you are not covered by your membership. During this time any classes attended will need to be paid for separately.
How does the waitlist work?
We highly recommend that you join the waitlist if your desired class is full – 95% of the time a space will open up and you will be notified via email and text message (depending on your profile preferences).
Will I be notified if I am added to a class from the waitlist?
If you have subscribed to receive notifications then you will be notified via email and text message (depending on your profile preferences). If you aren’t sure you are subscribed then you can check and update your preferences under “My Info” on your Barre Body profile.
Why don’t I receive emails from Barre Body?
Oh no! First, check your spam. Then, make sure that you have subscribed to receive our Newsletters & Promotions (aka a whole lotta love in your inbox). To do this, please view your preferences under “My Info” on your Barre Body profile.
My username/email is not recognised.
The Online Studio is a completely separate platform to our Barre Body Studio and therefore requires a separate login. If you are new to the Online Studio, you will need to create a new account and password and enter your billing details.
How do I cancel my account or put it on hold?
We’re sad to see you go. Let us know if there’s something you think is missing – or if there’s simply not enough Dad jokes!
You can cancel your membership at any time, however you will need to pay for the full month when you are cancelling (we cannot refund part-months). For example, if your billing cycle occurs on the 30th of every month and you cancel on the 15th, you will still be charged your full membership fee for that month. You will, of course, still have access to the Online Studio until the 30th. To do this – or to put your account on hold – simply visit Account, then Subscriptions and View. From there, you will be able to cancel or pause your membership. Barre Body does not offer refunds.
How do I change my password?
Select ‘Account’ in the navigation, and then select ‘password’. Simply update your password here and click ‘confirm’.
Or choose a category
Yep, but don’t worry, it’ll only take a minute. We require all students to create a Barre Body profile. Having a profile means you can reserve a place in class, plus it includes our liability waiver. How to make a profile? Simply visit our Bookings page, and select a class. From there, you’ll be taken to MindBodyOnline, where you can follow the prompts to register as a new client. Exciting!

Eek! Don’t panic. Email clientlove@barrebody.com.au to request a login reset and we’ll sort you out.
If we haven’t answered your question above, feel free to email us and we will respond as soon as we can (Mon-Fri).
You can! Each Barre Body pass or membership can be used at all of our Barre Body studios.
Please view our Pricing page to see all our class and membership options.
Yes you can. We designed our passes and memberships so that they’re valid at any of our studios. Your log in details work for bookings at all studios.
Barre Body Unlimited Members have access to unlimited mat classes across both Barre Body and Bende studios. Barre Body Two Class Members may use their 2 classes per week towards either Barre Body or Bende mat classes.
You may purchase a casual reformer class for $10 (in addition to your weekly membership) as a Barre Body Two Class or Unlimited Member.
Unfortunately, no. We love to see your friends in our classes, however we don’t permit package sharing as our passes are great value and intended for individual use only.
All packages are non-extendable. Please note the expiry date of your pass once it is activated and be sure to book yourself into your favourite classes to avoid disappointment.
Unfortunately this is not possible as our system does not support holding two active packages concurrently.
If we haven’t answered your question above, feel free to email us and we will respond as soon as we can (Mon-Fri).
We don’t offer complimentary classes, but we do have a new client offer. You get unlimited classes for one month for only $100. It’s great value for good times.
Your one month intro pass starts on the date of your first class. If you haven’t booked a class yet, your receipt may say that it expires one month from the purchase date, however, when you book your first class the booking system will automatically update your pass start date. Smart.
As our one month intro pass is only available for first time clients, if you have already redeemed this offer then it won’t be available to purchase again. That being said, we would love to see you again, and have a number of other passes and memberships available.
If we haven’t answered your question above, feel free to email us and we will respond as soon as we can (Mon-Fri).
To update your notification preferences visit “My Info” on your Barre Body profile.

Absolutely! To arrange a private session with one of our gorgeous teachers, please email clientlove@barrebody.com.au with your availability and preferred studio location. Pricing varies depending on the teacher.
If we haven’t answered your question above, feel free to email us and we will respond as soon as we can (Mon-Fri).
The Online Studio is a separate platform to our Barre Body Studio and therefore requires a separate login. Visit https://online.barrebody.com.au/ to sign up and create a new account and password, and then enter your billing details.

One day we’ll have a state-of-the-art childcare centre. Unfortunately, right now, we can’t welcome children under 16 to our studios. However, if they are over 16, they’re welcome to join the class as a client.

Yes! Our passes and memberships are valid at all studios.
We have change rooms at all studios as well as showers at our Fitzroy and Bondi Junction studios if you’d like to freshen up. But don’t stress – you won’t sweat too much so you’ll be able to get on with your day without a shower.
For details on parking and public transport at each of our studios, please click here for full details for your specific studio.

Your first class at Bende will need to be booked by Bende. Please email hello@bende.com.au with the email address that is linked to your Barre Body membership. Once your first class has been booked by Bende, you will receive confirmation by email, and will then be able to manage all future classes yourself via the Bende app.
You can download the Bende app to your phone at mndbdy.ly/e/466451
Bende members on the Reformer + Mat membership have access to unlimited classes across both Bende and Barre Body studios.

Your membership agreement will be emailed to you automatically upon joining, with instructions on how to accept the terms of the contract. It is important to accept the agreement terms in order to continue to book your classes and receive your member benefits. If you need assistance with this please contact clientlove@barrebody.com.au
Please note that your agreement only has a 6 week minimum term and that our contracts are set up in the system over a 26 week auto-renewal purely for administrative purposes.
All memberships have a minimum 6 week term after which, they continue on a week-to-week basis (or month-to-month depending on billing). If you do not request to cancel your membership at 6 weeks, then it will continue until you advise in writing with 7 days notice your request to cancel.
If we haven’t answered your question above, feel free to email us and we will respond as soon as we can (Mon-Fri).
The start of your week falls in line with your auto payment schedule. Therefore if your payments are processed every Friday, you may attend 2 classes between each Friday and the following Thursday. On Friday your account will then refresh again with 2 classes.
The Two Class Membership allows for 2 classes per week. Unused classes do not roll over, so to avoid disappointment, make sure to book yourself into your favourite classes for the week.
If we haven’t answered your question above, feel free to email us and we will respond as soon as we can (Mon-Fri).
Memberships are generally suspended when you are unable to attend class which is why the system suspends your booking privileges during this period. If however, you find yourself able to attend a class during the suspended period, please let us know, as your membership will not cover any visits during this period and will need to be processed separately.
As you are unable to book classes while your membership is suspended, you will need to contact clientlove@barrebody.com.au with details of the date/time/location of the class you wish to attend. We will then do our best to reserve your spot (pending availability for the class and notice given), and will process your visit as a casual class.
The fee structure is based on the following quarters: JAN-MAR, APR-JUN, JUL-SEP, OCT-NOV.

Once your membership has been cancelled you will receive a confirmation email from us with the date of effect, including the date of your last auto payment where applicable.
If we haven’t answered your question above, feel free to email us and we will respond as soon as we can (Mon-Fri).
To avoid duplicate charges, ALL changes to memberships must be requested in writing to clientlove@barrebody.com.au. Please note this is the only method by which to change your membership. Any new memberships purchased online or via our app DO NOT cancel a currently held membership.
All memberships carry a minimum term which you are required to fulfil irrespective of whether you are changing memberships or joining for the first time.
Please note the only exception applies to membership upgrades which are permitted inside the minimum term.

The Online Studio is a completely separate platform to our Barre Body Studio and therefore requires a separate login. If you are new to the Online Studio, you will need to create a new account and password and enter your billing details.
Select ‘Account’ in the navigation, and then select ‘password’. Simply update your password here and click ‘confirm’.
